GREEN OLIVE DIP
Olive fans will love this dip. It's cheesy and full of beef and beans. It could even be used as a filling for taco shells. -Beth Dunahay, Lima, Ohio

Steps:
- In a large skillet, cook the beef, pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, 5-7 minutes, crumble meat; drain. Transfer to a greased 3-qt. slow cooker. Add the beans, salsa, cheeses and olives. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Serve with chips.

GREEN OLIVE DIP
I make this every New Years Eve to serve with crackers. It is simple, 3 ingredients and I always get compliments. Is one of those dips that people like to munch on with a cocktail. This is the consistency of a cheeseball more than a dip.

- 1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients including reserved liquid, with an electric mixer
- 2. Store in a covered dish in refrigerator until serving time

GREEN OLIVE AND MASCARPONE DIP
Steps:
- Squeeze as much water as possible out of the defrosted spinach. In a medium bowl, stir all the ingredients together until evenly combined.
