- Combine all ingredients, except bread and process in a food processor.
- Scoop out the loaf of bread to form a bread bowl.
- Place dip into bread bowl.
- Arrange pieces of bread center arrange around bread bowl on a tray or plate.

Steps:
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream until well blended. Fold in whipped topping and honey. Stir in the pineapple and ham.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
- Serve with thin crackers, chips or fruit.
