HERSHEY'S "ESPECIALLY DARK" (BUT NOT OVERLY SWEET) CHO
We loved this on Papa's Chocolate cake. We did find that it was initially lumpy even though we sifted the dry ingredients first. An extra 20 minutes in the mixer fixed that problem. It poured onto the cake like a ganache- but not so rich- and very easy! The original recipe came from the back of the Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Can.

Steps:
- In a large mixing bow, add melted butter and then stir in cocoa at low speed.
- Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistency (This may take some time in the mixer as ours is always lumpy for a while).
- Stir in vanilla. Add small amount additional milk, if needed to spread easily. We like it to pour on like a ganache!
