Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a muffin pan with nonstick spray.
- Combine cornbread mix, walnuts and thyme in a large bowl. Whisk together the sour cream, milk, honey and egg in another bowl. Stir the wet mixture into the dry mixture until just combined.
- Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin pan. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Serve warm.

- Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chicken in shallow pan or ziplock bag.
- Marinate for at least several hours.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard.
- Grill chicken over medium-hot coals or heat about 5-8 minutes per side or until chicken is done.
- If you desire, you may baste lightly with a mixture of water with a little oil and lemon juice mixed in.
