  • In blender, put flour,sugar,salt,and mustard.
  • Blend well.
  • Add vinegar and mix well, scraping sides a few times.
  • Pour into a jar and keep refrigerated.
  • Better if it ages a day or two.
  • VERY hot!

Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until mixture just begins to simmer and is thickened, about 7 minutes. Remove from the heat; whisk in honey. Chill. Serve with pretzels. Store in the refrigerator.
