I tried this pie with Cool Whip and then with cream cheese and then using both and both is far superior

Steps:
- 1. In a mixer, cream the cream cheese then add the package of Kool Aid (citrus are the best)
- 2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and blend. Last add 1/2 of the container of Cool Whip.
- 3. Pour into prepared pie shell and top with remained of Cool whip Fridge for a few hours

- Pour milk into a small metal or glass bowl. Add beaters to the bowl. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Coat a 9-in. pie plate with cooking spray. Line bottom and sides of plate with wafers. Beat milk until soft peaks form. Add sugar and drink mix; beat until thoroughly mixed. Spoon over wafers; freeze for at least 4 hours. Garnish with whipped topping if desired.
