INSTANT-POT BREAKFAST COBBLER
This apple, pear, and plum breakfast cobbler is a great way to use pressure cooking in a less obvious way, and it brings a delicious variation to your morning meal!

- Place your cut fruit into the stainless steel bowl of your Instant Pot. Spoon in the honey and coconut oil, sprinkle the cinnamon, secure the lid and close off the pressure valve. Press the Steam button; the display will read 10 minutes. Allow the fruit to cook, and quick-release the pressure once the cooking cycle has completed. Remove the lid once safe to do so and transfer the cooked fruit with a slotted spoon or skimmer into a serving bowl. Now place the coconut, pecans, and sunflower seeds into the residual liquid and press the Sauté button. Allow the contents to cook, shifting them regularly so they do not burn. Once they are nicely browned and toasted, about 5 minutes or so, remove them and top your cooked fruit. Serve warm and topped with coconut whipped cream if desired.
SLOW COOKER BREAKFAST COBBLER
Semi-healthy fruit cobbler, perfect for breakfast. You can substitute the fruits in this recipe for other fresh, seasonal fruits of your choice. This also makes a great dessert, topped with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

- Combine apples, pears, blueberries, blackberries, agave, cornstarch, lime juice, orange liqueur, vanilla extract, ginger, and cinnamon in a slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Place flour, pecans, sugar, oats, butter, ground flax seeds, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl or resealable plastic bag. Crumble mixture with a fork, your fingers, or a pastry blender. Pour over fruit mixture in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on Low until cooked through and top is golden, 8 hours to overnight.

INSTANT POT® PEACH COBBLER
Peach cobbler is now a possibility even when fresh peaches are out of season.

Steps:
- Drain peaches and pat dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle peaches with cinnamon sugar.
- Mix dry cake mix with cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set 1/2 of the mixture aside.
- Mix peaches with 1/2 of the cake mix mixture; place in a 6-inch round dish. Top peaches with remaining cake mix mixture. Cover dish with foil.
- Pour water into a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®). Set trivet inside. Place round dish on top of the trivet. Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 12 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
- Release pressure using the natural-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 20 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid. Quick release remaining pressure using the quick-release method, about 5 minutes.
- Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
- Carefully remove dish from the pot and uncover. Broil until topping is set, about 2 minutes.
