A drink from the bar Mundo Bizarro at Buenos Aires (taken in a book. It's not too sweet and we liked it. It's enough potent.

Steps:

  • Pour all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  • Shake and strain in a highball filled with ice.
  • Garnish with quarters of lime, sliced and serve with long straws.

1/2 ounce Galliano
1/2 ounce apricot brandy
4 ounces apple juice (freshly pressed, but I used store-bought)
1 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce sugar syrup

Steps:

  • Place garlic, basil, parsley and spinach in a blender; work into a uniform paste. Add tomatoes; process just a few seconds longer.
  • Transfer to a bowl and stir in parmesan, red pepper flakes, salt and nuts.
  • Serve at room temperature with hot pasta tossed in olive oil.
