Cheesy sandwich crackers take on pizza-style deliciousness when you reassemble them with pepperoni bits and dip them in sauce!

Steps:

  • Separate 1 mini cheese-filled round buttery cracker; reassemble placing 1 pepperoni piece between crackers.
  • Repeat with remaining mini cheese-filled round buttery crackers and pepperoni pieces.
  • Serve with sauce for dipping.

I'm one of those people who won't eat a pizza if it has anything but pepperoni on it... naturally I like pepperoni off of pizza too. This is a quick snack I pulled together one day; simple, but very tasty.

Pepperoni Snack Crackers image

Steps:

  • Spread pepperoni slices out on a paper towel and microwave for 15 seconds, just enough to draw some of the grease out [Will prevent crackers from getting soggy as well as lowering the fat content].
  • Place crackers on a paper plate and distribute cheese to each of them.
  • Put a slice pepperoni on each cracker.
  • Top each cracker with dressing and a single drop of Tobasco sauce.
  • [optional] microwave again for 15-30 seconds, or until cheese begins melting.
