PEACH SANGRIA

I love this homemade sangria that my Grandfather taught me to make when I was young wife. He told me he had learn to make when he was working down in Mexico in his younger days. It is easy but it does takes time to cure between steps. We have had mango sangria, peach-mango sangria, or pear-pineapple sangria. You can garnish with blueberries, mint leaves, or fresh peach slices if you would like.

AMAZING PEACH SANGRIA

This peach white wine sangria is light and refreshing and so easy to make. I've tried many and I keep coming back to this one. The frozen strawberries and grapes keep the sangria cold without diluting it.

PEACHY SANGRIA

During the spring, I won a Spa Diva Party for nine of my girlfriends & myself. It was such a blessing from God! This party was hosted by Michelle who owns a consignment shop. We got addt'l discounts for shopping along with a wonderful spread of food that was served with peach sangrias. We had mini facials & hand treatments too. My little Momma fell in love with this yummy drink so she wanted me to recreate it for her. She had a great time & enjoyed the entire evening & now has a new favorite summer drink. (I'll take a pic of my pink necklace & pink Talbot pants I bought for a great price!)

Steps:

  • Take some of your Schnapps and freeze some of the grapes & raspberry's in with the Schnapps in ice trays. This way you don't water down your sangria.
  • Chill your wine, pineapple juice, and the rest of the schnapps, peaches, soda and remaining fruit. Add one whole bottle of Moscato wine, 1/2 bottle of schnapps, pineapple juice, sliced peaches, fresh grapes & raspberries and one tray of frozen Schnapps with grapes and berries. Stir together and enjoy.
  • Here are the 4 different kinds of wraps that were served along with a delicious soup. She also had a meat & cheese tray, hummus and crackers, a basket of chips and for dessert homemade pie crust cookies. Her sister owns a restaurant in Pennsylvania called Breakfast at Tiffany's. She did a fabulous job on making all the food.
  • There was peach sangria, fresh brewed sweetened iced tea and chilled bottled waters served that night. We ate on these really cute trays pictured on the left.
  • Every lady also got a decorated Diva Glass made by the owner of The Encore Consignment Shop. Isn't it just beautiful?! --We also got a few other goodies to take home too. A small tube of lip sugar scrub w/pad inside a cute margarita glass.

1 bottle(s) moscato wine, pink or white
1/2 bottle(s) peach schnapps

TEXAS PEACH SANGRIA

Summertime in a glass! This sangria is fruity, slightly sweet with peach flavor and so good. Ginger ale gives it a bit of bubbles. The recipe is meant to serve a crowd and would be perfect for a summertime get together. We opted to add strawberries and they paired so well with the peaches. A simple cocktail that's full of...

Steps:

  • 1. Pour both bottles of wine into a large drink dispenser or pitcher. Must be at least 1 gallon capacity.
  • 2. Pour in the peach nectar and the peach vodka.
  • 3. Slice a peach and any other fruit you want to include. I used a few strawberries cut in half for a pop of color. Don't use small pieces of fruit or small fruit like blueberries. They tend to get stuck in the dispenser/spout. Add fruit to the alcohol & nectar.
  • 4. Refrigerate if possible for 30 mins or more to let the flavors incorporate. Refrigerate the Ginger Ale separately and add when ready to serve. (About 3 cups)
  • 5. Add ginger ale when ready to serve.
  • 6. Put ice in glasses. Pour sangria over ice and add a slice of peach or mint sprig for garnish.

2 bottle 750 ml each chardonnay wine
2 c peach nectar (look in the tomato juice aisle)
2 c peach vodka
3 c ginger ale (I used diet)
1 peach (sliced)

  • Easy Traditional Red Sangria. This quick, 5-minute sangria uses the typical recipe for summer sangria. You start with a base of Spanish red wine. To that, you add brandy, orange juice, brown sugar, apples, and oranges.
  • Blueberry Sangria. Blueberry sangria takes more time and ingredients to make. It’s still just as tasty and invigorating, though. It has a dry but tart, bright blueberry flavor and isn’t overly sweet.
  • Easy Traditional White Sangria. If you want something sweeter, try traditional white sangria instead. It has a tantalizing sweetness that’s fruity, citrusy, and fantastic.
  • Lemon Raspberry Sangria. This delightful drink tastes just like boozy raspberry lemonade. It’s both sweet and tart and will leave your mouth tingly after drinking it.
  • Watermelon Sangria. Watermelon sangria is an enchanting, pretty-in-pink drink. It has a light taste and a powerful kick. It’s zesty, slightly citrus-flavored, and full of watermelon flavor.
