This meatloaf is great! It's my husband's favorite. The glaze makes it delicious and moist.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and dry mustard until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, shredded bread, onion, egg, bouillon, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, and 1/3 cup of the ketchup mixture until well mixed. Form into a loaf and place in a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Bake 1 hour. Pour off fat. Pour reserved ketchup mixture over loaf. Bake 10 minutes more.

- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix ground beef, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Mix in bread, milk, egg, 1 tbsp mustard, and 1/4 cup ketchup.
- Press mixture into a loaf and put in baking dish.
- In a small bowl, stir together 1 tbsp mustard, 1/4 cup ketchup and 2 tbsp brown sugar. Pour on top of the meat loaf within the last 20-30 minutes of cooking.
- Bake for about an hour until it's cooked through.

BACON-WRAPPED MEATLOAF WITH BROWN SUGAR-KETCHUP GLAZE

Steps:
- For the glaze: Mix all ingredients in a small bowl; set aside.
- For the meatloaf: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in a medium skillet. Add onion and garlic, saute until softened, about 5 minutes; set aside to cool.
- Mix eggs with thyme, salt, pepper, mustard, Worchestershire, pepper sauce, and milk or yogurt. Add egg mixture to meat in a large bowl, along with crackers, oatmeal or bread crumbs, parsley and cook onions and garlic; mix with a fork until evenly blended and meat mixture does not stick to bowl. (If mixture does stick, add additional milk, a couple tablespoons at a time, and continue stirring until mixture stops sticking.)
- Turn meat mixture onto a work surface. With wet hands, pat mixture into a loaf approximately 9 by 5 inches.
- Cover a wire rack with foil; prick foil in several places with a fork. Place a rack on a shallow roasting pan lined with foil for easy cleanup.
- Set formed loaf on rack. Brush loaf with all of glaze, then arrange bacon slices, crosswise, over loaf, overlapping them slightly and tucking them under to prevent curling.
- Bake loaf until bacon is crisp and loaf registers 160 degrees, about 1 hour. Cool for at least 20 minutes. Slice and serve

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Stir ketchup, brown sugar, salt, and chili powder together in a bowl until smooth. Spread a small amount of the ketchup mixture into the bottom of the prepared loaf pan.
- Mix ground beef, croutons, onion, eggs, milk, and black pepper together in a large bowl; shape into a loaf and put into prepared pan. Spread remaining ketchup mixture over the loaf.

- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, saltines (or bread), soup mix, beef bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup.
- Mix well. Put into a 13x9x2 baking pan.
- Glaze: Combine remaining ingredients; spread over meat loaf. bake at 350* for 1 hour or until no pink remains.
- Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining sauce.

- In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, cheese, saltines, carrots, onion, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into a loaf. Place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50 minutes. , For glaze, in a small saucepan, bring the brown sugar, ketchup and mustard to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 3-5 minutes or until heated through. Spoon over meat loaf. , Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until meat is no longer pink and a thermometer reads 160°. - In the bowl of a food processor, combine the croutons, black pepper, cayenne pepper, chili powder, and thyme, and pulse until finely ground. Transfer this mixture to a large bowl. Add the onion, carrot, garlic, and red pepper to the bowl of the food processor, and pulse until the mixture is finely chopped, but not pureed. Combine the vegetable mixture, ground sirloin, and ground chuck with the bread crumb mixture. Season the meat mixture with the kosher salt. Add the egg and, using your hands, combine thoroughly, but avoid squeezing the meat.
- Pack this mixture into a 10-inch loaf pan to mold the shape of the meatloaf. Turn the meatloaf out onto a parchment paper-lined half sheet pan. Insert a temperature probe at a 45-degree angle into the top of the meatloaf. Avoid touching the bottom of the tray with the probe. Set the probe for 155ºF. Bake on the center rack of the oven for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the ketchup, cumin, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and honey in a small bowl. After 10 minutes, brush the glaze onto the meatloaf and continue to cook until the temperature probe reaches 155ºF, about 25 more minutes.
