KIELBASA PASTA CASSEROLE
This is a meal in itself. It would also be a snap to prepare after a day at the office or running the kids around. One bonus with this is that it makes your kitchen smell like a pizzeria while cooking! Kind of tastes like pizza too... Yum! Kielbasa Pasta Casserole

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. Boil large pot of water. Cook pasta for 8-10 min until al dente: Drain
- 3. In a medium skillet over medium high heat cook sausage in oil until browned about 5 min.
- 4. In a large bowl, combine ziti, sausage, stewed tomaotes, sauce, oregano, parsley and pepper. Mix well. Pour into 9x13 dish. sprinkle with bread crumbs, and top with cheese.
- 5. Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven 30 min. Remove foil and bake 10-15 min more till golden.

- In a large skillet, saute the kielbasa, green pepper, onion and garlic in oil until sausage is lightly browned. Stir in tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. , Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Stir in Parmesan cheese and butter. Serve with kielbasa mixture.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bring large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes over mediun-high heat or until al dente.
- Drain Pasta.
- In a mediun skillet over medium-high heat, Cook sausage in oil until browned on both sides, 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine Ziti,sausage,stewed tomatoes,tomato sauce,oregano,parsley and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Pour into 9x13 baking dish.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs and shredded cheese.
- Cover with foil (the new Release foil works great).
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake 10 to 15 minutes more, until top is golden.

Stir in sausage, soup, sauerkraut, 2 cups cheese, milk, onions, mustard and garlic., Spoon into 2 greased 8-in. square baking dishes; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, until golden brown and bubbly, 45-50 minutes. Freeze option: Cover and freeze unbaked casserole up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake, uncovered, until golden brown and bubbly, 50-55 minutes.
