Steps:
- Combine garlic, lime juice, oil and salt. Add chicken and kiwi; turn to coat. Refrigerate, covered, up to 30 minutes., Mix honey and chipotle peppers. Drain chicken and kiwi, discarding marinade. On 8 metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread chicken and kiwi. , Grill, covered, on an oiled rack over medium heat, turning occasionally, until juices run clear, 10-12 minutes. During last 4 minutes, baste frequently with honey-chipotle mixture., Serve with fresh lime juice and rice if desired.

Steps:
- In large saucepan bring chicken broth to boil.
- Add chicken breasts & simmer 10 minutes, skimming off any scum that rises to top.
- Add celery & leek & simmer another 10 minutes.
- Remove chicken from broth & keep warm [Broth can be strained & reserved for some other use.].
- Arrange kiwifruit in fan-shaped pattern on serving dish.
- Zest half of orange & sprinkle over kiwifruit.
- Juice orange & lemon into small bowl.
- Heat butter in small saucepan & add sugar, stirring until sugar is melted & begins to turn dark, about 5 minutes.
- Add orange & lemon juices, stirring until incorporated.
- Boil until sauce is recuded to about 2 tablespoons.
- Stir in salt & cayenne pepper.
- Slice ckicken into thin strips, & place on top of kiwifruit.
- Top with sauce & serve.

- In a small bowl, combine cumin, crushed red pepper, and salt. Brush all sides of chicken with oil; sprinkle evenly with cumin mixture.
- Place chicken on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals. Grill for 12 to 15 minutes or until no longer pink (170 degrees F), turning once halfway through grilling.
- Cut chicken into bite-size strips.
- Arrange romaine on warmed tortillas.
- Top with kiwifruit and/or tomatoes, chicken, and cheese.

- Place the chicken breasts snugly in a dish with sides, such as a 9-inch (2.5 L) square baking dish or loaf pan. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice and oregano. Pour over the chicken. Cover and allow to marinate for 1 hour at room temperature (or longer in the refrigerator, if desired), rotating once to marinate evenly.
- With the grill on medium heat, cook the chicken breasts 6 to 7 minutes until they are no longer sticking to the grill. Flip the breasts and cook another 6 to 7 minutes on the other side until cooked through. Remove from the heat, transferring the chicken to a dinner plate to rest and retain juices.
- In a small saucepan, crush the chopped kiwi with a masher until relatively smooth. Whisk in the vinegar, ginger, garlic, cornstarch and salt. Set over medium-high heat on the stove and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Allow to boil for about 30 seconds, still stirring. Remove from the heat.
