Layered Banana Chocolate Pudding Pie Recipes

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Bake pie shell 10 to 12 minutes, until golden. Remove from oven and let cool.
• Line the baked and cooled pie shell with a layer of chocolate pudding, half of the prepared amount. Add a layer of bananas. Top with remaining prepared instant chocolate pudding and remaining bananas. Cover the top with a giant swirl of whip cream from the spray can, starting at the center and working out. Shave a chocolate bar with a vegetable peeler and top pie with shavings. Serve immediately.

Steps:

• Combine crushed cookie crumbs, pecans, and butter or margarine. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 5 minutes. Cool.
• Combine chocolate chips, 1 cup milk, and 2 cups marshmallows in a sauce pan. Stir over low heat until melted. Pour over cooled crust. Chill for 1 hour.

• Heat oven to 375°F. Make and bake drop cookies as directed on pouch. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Set aside 4 cookies for garnish.
• In food processor, process half of the remaining cookies to coarse crumbs. Remove to medium bowl. Continue to process second half of remaining cookies to coarse crumbs; add to bowl. Stir in melted butter and 1/2 teaspoon of the vanilla until well blended. In ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish, press cookie crumb mixture firmly in bottom. Set aside.
• In large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth, scraping down side of bowl frequently. • In another medium bowl, beat dry pudding mixes and milk with whisk about 2 minutes or until thick. Drop by spoonfuls over banana layer; spread evenly over top. Drop remaining whipped topping by spoonfuls over pudding layer; spread evenly. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
• When ready to serve, crush remaining 4 cookies. Sprinkle pie with crushed cookies, and top with 1 cup banana slices. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pieces.

• In a large bowl, whisk the milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes; let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Arrange half of the vanilla wafers in a 1-qt. bowl., Top with half of the pudding, bananas and whipped topping. Repeat layers. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours. Garnish with grated chocolate if desired.

• Cut 4 of the cookies in half; set aside. Place remaining 12 cookies in food processor; process until finely crushed. Add butter; process until well blended. Press crumb mixture firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.

• In a large saucepan, combine the flour and brown sugar. Stir in milk until smooth. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat; cook and stir 2 minutes longer.
