Maple Granola image

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
  • Mix maple syrup and coconut oil together in a bowl; add oats, pecans, and almond flour and mix until evenly coated. Spread onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 40 minutes.

Maple-Walnut Granola image

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Combine oats, walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt together in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl,mix maple syrup, vanilla, and oil.
  • Pour syrup mixture over oat mixture and combine until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Spread mixture onto parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake 15 minutes.
  • Stir and return to the oven 10 minutes longer.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
  • Granola may be stored up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.

3 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2-3/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons canola oil

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, toss together oats, pecans, almonds, salt, vegetable oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • Spread oat mixture on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes, rotating sheet halfway through. Let cool completely.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  • Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Combine oats, nuts, maple syrup, salt, cinnamon and the raisins, if using.
  • Spread mixture onto baking sheet and bake until golden brown, stirring occasionally for about 30 minutes total.
  • Cool completely, then store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
  • *Serving size is 1/2 cup.

Bake, stirring every 10 minutes, for 40 minutes. Add raisins, and bake until granola is toasted, about 10 minutes more. Let cool completely.
