Steps:
- Rub rims of 2 chilled stemmed glasses with water and dip in sugar to coat them.
- In a blender, blend ice cream, chopped strawberries, Tequila, and lime juice until smooth but still thick and pour into glasses. Add club soda and garnish with whole strawberries and lime slices.

Steps:
- Combine the lime juice, tequila, Cointreau and simple syrup in a pitcher. Stir well until combined.
- Place a layer of salt on a small plate. Moisten the rim of a glass with a lime wedge and dip the glass in the salt. Wiggle the glass to cover the wet part of the rim completely. Repeat to rim the remaining glasses.
- Fill the glasses with ice, then fill them halfway with the tequila-lime mixture. Top the glasses with the prosecco, garnish with lime slices and serve.

- Place 1 scoop of ice cream into a parfait glass. Place sherbet atop of the ice cream, then the other scoop of ice cream.
- Pour margarita mix (and tequilla if using) over scoops. Splash with the seltzer water over top.
- Garnish with marachino cherries and serve with a spoon and a straw.

Steps:
- Blend strawberries, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and 1 teaspoon sugar in blender to combine, about 10 seconds. Add ice cubes; blend on high until the ice is crushed, about 15 seconds.
- Rub lime wedge around the rim of a glass. Spread 1 teaspoon sugar onto a plate. Dip glass rim in sugar to coat. Pour margarita into the glass.

- Add a generous quantity of ice, about 12 cups, into a 2-gallon beverage dispenser or punch bowl. Add the tequila, orange liqueur, limeade and lime juice. Stir to combine. Add the the Prosecco and the sliced limes. Stir and top up with more ice.
- Serve in glasses rimmed with lime and kosher salt. Garnish with additional lime slices or wedges as desired.
