MMM-MMM BETTER BROWNIES
I personally think these are the best brownies in the world. Try them, I think you'll agree! To make the brownies rich and buttery, use melted butter instead of the vegetable oil.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the oil, sugar, and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; gradually stir into the egg mixture until well blended. Stir in walnuts, if desired. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the brownie begins to pull away from edges of pan. Let cool on a wire rack before cutting into squares.

Deliciously dark brownies thanks to the yummy use of Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate. This recipe makes moist brownies with a crackly layer of delicious melted chocolate chips in place of frosting-- if you like dark chocolate this is the brownie for you!

- Preheat the oven to 325 deg. Grease an 8x8 inch square pan.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, butter and water. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Remove from heat and stir in the 2 chocolate bars until melted and smooth. Mix in the eggs and vanilla.
- Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the chocolate mixture. Spread evenly into the prepared pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until brownies set up. Do not overbake! Cool in pan on wire rack (while brownies are cooling, sift powdered sugar over the top if desired).

- Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 13x9-in. baking pan with parchment, letting ends extend up sides; grease paper. In a large bowl, whisk sugar, flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda. In a small bowl, whisk oil, eggs and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. , For pumpkin batter, in a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, salt, pumpkin pie spice and baking soda. In a small bowl, whisk pumpkin and eggs; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Spread half the cocoa mixture into prepared pan (layer will be thin). Drop half the pumpkin mixture by tablespoonfuls over top; gently spread to cover most of brownie mixture. Drop remaining pumpkin and cocoa mixtures by tablespoonfuls over pumpkin layer. Gently spread and swirl. , Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Lifting with parchment, remove from pan. Cut into bars.

- Preheat your oven to 350F/180C and line a 9X9 or 8X8 square pan with foil and grease heavily.
- In a large pot add the water, butter, sugar, and cocoa powder. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until it is all combined together. Take off heat and let cool for five minutes. Then add the oil.
- Let sit for another couple of minutes then add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla. Whisk to combine, make sure everything is evenly combined.
- Add the baking soda, salt, cornstarch, and mix to combine. Gently add the flour and when almost combined add chocolate chips and M&Ms by using a spatula to fold in until just combined. Do not over mix, this will affect the end product.
