MOCK DEVONSHIRE CREAM SUBSTITUTE FOR STRAWBERRIES
My family would be disappointed if I didn't serve this for Easter brunch, but it's great anytime on any fresh fruit. Add more or less brown sugar and sour cream to taste.

HOMEMADE DEVONSHIRE CREAM
I found this recipe years ago in a newspaper. It's a great substitute for the real thing. In fact, I prefer it, because it's sweeter. This is great with scones and a little jam or preserves on top. Perfect for afternoon teas or brunches.
