NANCY'S SHRIMP DIP
This recipe came into our family through my brother's past girlfriend, Nancy. Where ever you are, Thanks Nancy!!! The best shrimp dip I have ever eaten! The only recipe you will ever want to make for all events!

Steps:
- 1. Microwave or cook cream cheese and cream of mushroom soup, stirring until melted together. Set aside to cool.
- 2. Finely chop scallions (green onions) and celery.
- 3. Rinse salad shrimp under cold water to clean.
- 4. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Serve with veggies, crackers, of pita chips...YUMMY!!!

This creamy shrimp dip is great with chips, crackers or bread. It's always the first thing to go at any party!

- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix in onion, celery and shrimp meat. Cover bowl, and refrigerate before serving.

NANCY'S SHRIMP DIP
Steps:
- Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
- Place mixture, about 1 or 1-1/2 cups at a time, into food processor (or electric blender). Process mixture to dip consistency and spoon into a medium size serving bowl. When all of mixture has been processed and transferred to serving bowl, stir and blend well.
- Cover and refrigerate an hour or so before serving.

- Preheat oven to 400˚F. Brush both sides of bread lightly with olive oil, place on a baking sheet and bake 6-8 min - toasts should be golden at the edges and slightly soft in centers. You can also toast the breads on a large skillet.
- Heat a large oven-safe skillet or cast iron pan over med/high heat. Add 1 Tbsp butter to the hot skillet then add shrimp in a single layer and season lightly with salt and pepper. Saute 2 min per side or just until cooked through. Transfer to cutting board to cool slightly then chop into pea-sized pieces.
