NUTELLA BANANA BRUNCH BAKE
This recipe was in Publix grocery store mailer for the holidays but is now removed from their site. It was also listed on another site but 2 ingredients were missing! So I am putting it here for safekeeping. I made it for Christmas morning and it was really delicious. It made a huge pan, but the leftovers were good for a couple of days, cold and hot!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Coat 13x9 baking dish with 1 Tbsp butter.
- Place remaining butter into small bowl to soften.
- Tear bread into bite-size pieces. Place 1/2 bread into baking dish.
- Top bread with 1/2 of the banana slices and dollops of 1/2 of the Nutella.
- Repeat layers of bread, banana, Nutella.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and vanilla. Pour mixture over bread.
- Let stand for 15 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Combine oats and 1/2 cup brown sugar and softened butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of bread mixture.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 mins until set.
- Remove foil and bake 10-12 mins more until topping is golden. Let stand 10 mins before serving.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease or spray 10 to 12 muffin cups, or line with paper liners.
- Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Beat bananas, sugar, oil, and egg in a smaller bowl. Add banana mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until just moistened.
- Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups. Add a dollop of chocolate-hazelnut spread onto each muffin and swirl together well.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean, 15 to 17 minutes.

NUTELLA BANANA BREAD
This banana bread definitely leans toward dessert, thanks to thick swirls of chocolate-hazelnut spread. Browning the butter may seem a little fussy, but it's totally worth the time and effort. The resulting toasty warm flavor pairs perfectly with sweet bananas and the rich spread. After all, the French term for brown butter is "beurre noisette" which literally translates to hazelnut butter.

- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
- Stir the flour, baking soda and salt together in a bowl.
- Brown butter: Melt butter in a light-colored saucepan over medium heat. Cook butter, occasionally scraping the bottom and sides of the pan with a rubber spatula until it turns a deep golden brown and smells nutty. Don't walk away from the pan during this process. The butter will go from browned and nutty to acrid and burnt in moments. Transfer butter to a large heat-safe mixing bowl and let it cool slightly.
- When the butter has cooled a bit, add the mashed bananas, sugar, yogurt, eggs and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined, then add the flour mixture and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour half the batter into prepared pan and spread it evenly with a knife or offset spatula. Spoon half the chocolate-hazelnut spread in several dollops over the top and use a toothpick or skewer to swirl it into the batter. Spoon and spread the remaining batter over the top followed by dollops of the remaining spread. Swirl in the spread, then bake the bread for 55 to 60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

- Spread chocolate-hazelnut spread on 1 side of each slice of bread. Arrange banana slices over chocolate-hazelnut spread on 2 of the slices. Place remaining slices atop bananas to form 2 sandwiches.
- Whisk chocolate milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Dip sandwiches in milk mixture and turn as necessary to coat completely.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Cook sandwiches in hot butter until both sides are golden brown and banana and chocolate spread have softened, 4 to 6 minutes per side.

- PREP: Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 350ºF.S Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray, set aside.
- BATTER: In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, bananas, yogurt, eggs, and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix. When the batter still has some dry pockets, add the walnuts and fold the batter until just combined.
- SWIRL: Transfer half of the prepared mixture to the loaf pan, follow that up with ⅓ cup of Nutella. Then add the remaining bread batter, followed by the remaining ⅓ cup of Nutella. Using a butter knife, swirl the Nutella around going almost all the way to the bottom of the pan.
- BAKE: for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean with just a few crumbs. Let the bread cool in the loaf pan for at least 30 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
