- In a large saucepan, combine the tomatoes, corn, beans, oregano and chili powder. Cook over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until the corn is tender, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 13x9-in. baking dish; set aside. Combine beans, corn, soup, onion, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Transfer to a prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with crackers and french-fried onions. Bake, uncovered, until heated through, 25-35 minutes.

GREEN BEANS WITH ROASTED CORN AND GREEN ONIONS
Steps:
- In a medium sauce pot, bring water and 1 teaspoon salt to a boil. Add green beans and blanch for 3 minutes. Remove from water and put into an ice water bath. Drain.
- Heat grill or gas burners. Place cleaned corn on the cob on the grill or burner. Turn corn and lightly brown all the way around. Let cool and slice the kernels off the cob.
- In a large saute pan over medium heat, add oil, after 45 seconds add onions and saute for 4 to 5 minutes, add green beans, corn, and garlic. Saute for 4 minutes, deglaze with wine, season with salt and pepper, and butter.
- Garnish with Roma tomatoes and Parmesan.

- Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sprinkle with coarse salt. Sauté until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add garlic; stir until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add tomatoes, corn, and lima beans. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until corn and lima beans are tender and tomatoes are soft, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt and pepper. DO AHEAD: Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill. Rewarm before continuing.
- Stir in basil and serve.

This is wonderful! It's a great side dish and goes nearly with everything! It's so amazing and can be used as a main dish!If you don't have one of the kinds of beans listed, just toss in what you have, or just leave it out. Great little recipe for pot lucks, picnics and get togethers.

- In a large skillet, cook beef, bacon and onion until meat is done and onion is tender. Drain any fat. Combine all ingredients except the beans and corn.
- Add to meat mixture; mix well.
- Stir in the beans and the corn.
- Place in a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole.
- Bake, covered, at 350°F for 1 hour or until heated through.
