Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, whisk soup, beer and sour cream until combined. Stir in potatoes, sauerkraut, cheese and chopped bratwurst. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Cover and bake for 45 minutes., Uncover; bake 30 minutes. Top with pretzel pieces. Bake until bubbly and heated through, 12-15 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before serving., Freeze option: Freeze cooled potato mixture in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Coat 13 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
• Cook Simply Potatoes according to package directions. Set aside.
• Remove casing from beer bratwurst, cook in skillet, breaking up in small pieces as it cooks. Remove bratwurst from skillet onto a paper towel.
• In a small bowl, blend honey dijon mustard into sauerkraut.
• Evenly layer potatoes, then bratwurst, then sauerkraut in baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
• Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and browned.
• Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes before serving.

• Empty and mix all ingredients ( except potato chips ) directly into the casserole dish/pan and spread evenly.
• Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes until dish starts to bubble at sides.
• Remove foil and cover casserole with small smashed bits of potato chips.
• Resume cooking uncovered for 15 minutes more.

• In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
