Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, combine sausage, biscuit baking mix and cheese. Form into walnut size balls and place on baking sheets.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown and sausage is cooked through.

Old Fashioned Sausage Balls image

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Roll out into walnut size balls. Place on large non-stick baking pan. Cook for 25 minutes. Check for doneness. Continue cooking until pork is completely done and balls become golden brown.

3 cup(s) bisquick mix
3 cup(s) shredded mild and sharp cheddar cheese
1 pound(s) good quality hot pork sausage (i use williams brand)
1 pound(s) good quality regular pork sausage (i use williams brand)
3 tablespoon(s) water

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine sausage, Cheddar cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, onion powder, seasoned salt, and dry mustard in a large bowl.
  • Form into walnut-size balls and place on rimmed nonstick baking sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and no longer pink in the centers, about 20 minutes.
