- Melt butter in large pot over medium heat.
- Crush Oreos into crumbled pieces.
- Put marshmallows in butter and melt completely.
- Pour Oreos into marshmallows and stir well.
- Quickly press into greased 13x9 inch pan.
- Let sit until cooled.
