Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a baking dish.
- Mix cracker crumbs, seasoned salt, and garlic powder in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken breasts into melted margarine and press into cracker mixture until coated. Arrange chicken in prepared baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven until chicken breasts are no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 45 to 60 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (75 degrees C).

Steps:
- Cut wings at joints.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Be sure wings are thawed and dry them well with paper towels.
- Combine flour, paprika, garlic salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper in a plastic bag.
- Shake to mix ingredients and add wings.
- Line a large baking sheet with Release foil and melt the butter on it. ( Makes for easy clean up.).
- Add wings to pan and turn to coat.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Turn wings over and bake for 15 more minutes or until crispy and done.

- Place chicken breasts and buttermilk into a large resealable plastic bag, knead several times to coat chicken with buttermilk, and squeeze air from the bag. Seal and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Placed crushed herb-seasoned stuffing mix into a shallow bowl. Mix flour, salt, and black pepper in a separate flat dish. Beat egg with water in a bowl. Pour peanut oil into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk, shake off excess buttermilk, and discard used buttermilk marinade. Dredge chicken breasts in seasoned flour. Dip each floured breast in egg, then press gently into stuffing mix to coat. Place coated chicken breasts into the pan with peanut oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Turn each chicken breast over and continue baking until chicken pieces are no longer pink inside and the coating is crisp, about 25 more minutes.

- In a shallow bowl combine the first six ingredients. Pour milk in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken in milk, then roll in the cornmeal mixture. , Place chicken in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 50-55 minutes or until juices run clear.

- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Spread tablespoon butter over the bottom of a baking sheet. I cover mine with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
- Combine flour, cornmeal, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper and salt in a large ziploc or shake 'n bake type bag. Close bag and shake to blend well.
- Beat egg white in a shallow bowl. Stir in water. Dip chicken in egg white mixture. Place chicken in bag with flour mixture. Shake to coat. Arrange chicken on prepared baking sheet.
- Melt remaining butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Drizzle evenly over chicken.
- Bake the chicken about 40-45 minutes (less time if using boneless breasts).
