Steps:

  • Mix spices together in a small bowl.
  • Combine flour with 2-3 tsp of spice mixture.
  • Drain and rinse chickpeas and dry with a paper towel.
  • Heat olive oil in medium skillet over medium high heat.
  • Roll chickpeas in flour mixture until lightly dusted, Shake off excess flour.
  • Cook in batches, shaking chickpeas occasionally, until browned.
  • Remove from pan and serve warm.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Place chickpeas on baking/cookie sheet. Roast for 10 minutes. Shake the pan. (Do not spill on kitchen floor.) Roast another 10 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, combine chickpeas, oil, salt, and spices. Stir well to combine.
  • Spread chickpeas back out on baking sheet. Roast between 5 and 15 more minutes, until they're browned and super crunchy. Serve.
