Party Sausage Dip Recipes

Steps:

• In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until no longer pink; drain. Add the next 8 ingredients; cook until the vegetables are tender. Reduce heat to low; add cream cheese and sour cream. Cook and stir until cheese is melted and well blended (do not boil). Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Steps:

• Bring cheeses up to room temperature
• Pre-heat Oven to 350 degrees
• Brown Sausage in Skillet and place in mixing bowl
• Cut Colby Jack, Pepper Jack and Sharp Cheddar Cheeses into small pieces
• Fold in Cream Cheese, Tomato Paste, Cheeses, Diced Tomato with Jalapeno Peppers and Diced Jalapeno Peppers, Mixing Thoroughly.
• Place Mixture in a 9 inch to 10 inch Backing Dish, Spread Out evenly.
• Cut Remaining Sharp Cheddar into very thin slices and place over mixture.
• Bake in Oven for 25 minutes to 30 minutes or until nice and bubbly. Remove and Garnish with Finely Chopped Scallions or Chives, Let sit for 10 Minutes and Serve while still Hot.

Steps:

• Crumble and cook sausage in a large skillet or soup pot, over medium-high heat until browned. Drain sausage. Add celery and onions to sausage and continue to cook over medium heat until vegetables are slightly tender and sausage is no longer pink. Add baked beans, barbecue sauce and mix well. Add tomatoes, garlic powder, hot sauce, salt and pepper to mixture. Simmer together for 5 to 10 minutes and serve in a large bowl. Garnish with cheddar cheese, sour cream and diced green onions on top if desired. Serve with tortilla chips. Refrigerate leftovers.;

• Mix ingredients in microwaveable bowl.
• Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 minutes.

• Fry sausage until brown and drain.
• Drain Ro-Tel and reserve 1/4 cup juice.
• Mix together cooked sausage, cream cheese, Ro-Tel and 1/4 cup juice.
• Place in a slightly greased 1 quart baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
• Serve with corn chips or pita chips.
