Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker, combine pomegranate juice, vodka, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice; shake until well combined. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Twist orange peel over cocktail and add to glass; serve.

• Fill martini shaker or 3-cup covered container half full with ice. Add all ingredients except pomegranate seeds and lime slices; cover and shake.
• Pour into a martini or other tall glass. Pour through a strainer to keep the ice out of the glass.
• Garnish with lime slice, sugar rim, or even fresh pomegranate seeds in the drink!

• Pour the vodka, Cointreau, pomegranate juice, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass to serve.

Garnish with spiraled orange rind. *This cocktail can be made with freshly squeezed juice from a POM Wonderful Pomegranate or by using POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice, which is widely available at retail. To juice the pomegranate, cut it in half (as you would a grapefruit) and squeeze the juice using a citrus reamer or juicer. Pour mixture through a cheesecloth-lined strainer or sieve. One large POM Wonderful Pomegranate will produce about 1/2 cup of juice.
