Father's Day 2017, this was part of what Sandy made...My daughter, who is vegetarian for health reasons, ate so much of this I thought she would explode! Please see the changes in ingredients that Sandy uses, but make it your own! It is incredibly good!

- 1. Mix ingredients for casserole. Put in buttered 9x13 pan. Add topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 min.

A chicken casserole that has Cheddar cheese and elbow macaroni as the main ingredients.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl combine the macaroni, chicken, cheese, milk, soup, mushrooms and onion. Mix together and transfer mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
