- Preheat oven to 325°. In a bowl, beat oil, eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, cloves and baking powder; beat into the egg mixture. Stir in apples, raisins and nuts. Pour into two greased 9x5-in. loaf pans. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 60-70 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine flour, 1-1/2 cups sugar, soda and salt. In a small bowl, whisk eggs, buttermilk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in raisins. Combine cinnamon and remaining sugar; set aside. , Spoon half the batter into 2 greased 8x4-in. loaf pans. Sprinkle with half of the reserved cinnamon sugar; repeat layers. Cut through batter with a knife to swirl. , Bake 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. Freeze option: Wrap cooled bread in foil and freeze for up to 3 months. To use, thaw at room temperature.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
- In large bowl measure flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon, and raisins. Stir thoroughly. Make a well in center.
- In small bowl beat egg until frothy. Mix in melted butter and milk. Pour into well. Stir just enough to moisten. Scrape into greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
- Bake in 350 degree F (175 degree C) oven for 1 hour. Serve plain or toasted with butter.

- Pre-heat oven to 350 deg F.
- Mix 1 ½ cups of Raisin Brand, Milk, 2 tablespoons of the Margarine in bowl.
- Add Egg and ¾ cup Sugar, mix well.
- Stir in Flour, Baking Powder and Cinnamon.
- Mix till well blended.
- Put in sprayed 9X5 loaf pan.
- Mix remaining ½ cup of cereal, 2 tablespoons Margarine and 1 Tablespoon Sugar.
- When well blended sprinkle over batter and press into the batter.
- Bake 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, then grease & flour one 9 inch loaf pan.
- Soak raisins in brandy 15 minutes.
- In large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon & cloves, then set aside.
- In medium bowl, combine applesauce, eggs, brown sugar & oil, mixing well.
- Add raisins & nuts to applesauce mixture & mix well.
- Add fruit mixture to flour mixture & stir only until flour is moistened.
- Pour into greased pan & bake 50-55 minutes.
- Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing loaf of bread to cool completely on wire rack.

- Stir in flour, soda, spices, and salt.
- Beat in applesauce, then raisins and nuts.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. grease loaf pan
- 3. combine applesauce and baking soda in small bowl--set side.(this mixture sizzles and foams)
- 4. cream butter and sugar in large bowl
- 5. stir in egg, cinnamon, salt and cloves
- 6. blend in applesauce mix (this will appear to be curdled).
- 7. mix in flour slowly until mix is smooth.
- 8. fold in raisins and pour into greased pan
- 9. bake 65-70 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 munutes then invert onto cooling rack.
