Daily fiber keeps foods moving through your intestinal tract and can help lessen constipation."Pain drugs, especially morphine, and some chemos can make a person constipated. These muffins are a really easy way to grab a quick breakfast and help with constipation. The orange glaze makes the muffins taste good even with the metallic taste that's common after some chemotherapy treatments." -Anne R.NUTRITION FACTS: Good source of fiber1 Muffin with Glaze: Calories 190 (Calories from Fat 70) Fat 8g (Saturated 1g) Cholesterol 15mg Sodium 350mg Potassium 140mg Carbohydrate 29g (Dietary Fiber 3g) Protein 4g % DAILY VALUE: Vitamin A 0% Vitamin C 4% Calcium 6% Iron 10% Folic Acid 8% Magnesium 12% DIET EXCHANGES: 1 Starch, 1 Fruit, 1 FatHelpful For These Side Effects: (c)From "Betty Crocker's Living with Cancer Cookbook."
