Ritz Cracker Coconut Pudding Dessert Recipes

Steps:

• Mix 1 1/2 cups of cracker crumbs and butter together and press into the bottom of a glass or foil pan. Reserve remaining 1 cup of crumbs for topping.
• Mix milk and pudding mixes together in a large bowl. Mix in softened ice cream. Pour over crust, top with whipped topping and reserved cracker crumbs. Cover and freeze, at least 2 hours.
• Remove from the freezer and allow to thaw. Cut into 24 pieces.

• 1. Mix first two ingredients and press into a 9x13 glass pan In large mixing bowl, mix ice cream, pudding and milk until well blended. Steps:

• In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and butter. Press into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. dish., In a large bowl, combine the ice cream, milk, extract, pudding mixes and 2/3 cup coconut until blended. Spread over the crust; top with whipped topping. Toast remaining coconut; sprinkle over top. Cover and freeze for up to 2 months. , Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving.

Steps:

• Soften ice cream and mix together with pudding mix and milk.
• Melt butter.
• Mix with crushed Ritz crackers and press into a 9x11" pan as a crust(just on bottom).
• Pour pudding mixture on top of crust.
• Spread cool whip on top of that.
• Refrigerate.

• Let ice cream sit out to get soft. Crush Ritz Crackers. Reserve 1/2 cup for the top. Mix the rest of the crushed crackers with margarine. Put on the bottom of a 9X13-inch oblong pan. Mix instant vanilla pudding with milk. Mix well with electric mixer and add ice cream. Spread on top of crackers. Spread Cool Whip over the pudding mixture. Top with 1/2 cup crushed Ritz Crackers. Freeze. Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving to soften.

• Combine 60 crackers, butter and walnuts in bowl.
• Mix well.
• Pat into nonstick 9"x13" pan.
• Beat pudding mixes in milk in mixer bowl until thick.
• Add ice cream.
• Mix well.
• Spoon into prepared pan.
• Spread whipped cream over all.
• Sprinkle with 10 crushed crackers.
• Chill until set.

• 1. Mix filling ingredients in bowl. (pudding mixture will be thick). Mix in: 1 quart of softened ice cream (vanilla, butter pecan), or any other flavor. Use electric mixer on low speed to mix in. Pour over crust.

• Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8 x 8-inch (20 x 20-cm)or 9 x 9-inch (23 x 23-cm) baking dish with parchment paper.
• In a large bowl, combine the crumbs from 35 smashed crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
