- Place the chicken breasts into the bottom of a slow cooker. In a bowl, stir together the ketchup, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and hot sauce until the mixture is well blended.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, set the cooker to Low, and cook for 6 hours. Shred the chicken with two forks, and cook for 30 more minutes. Serve the chicken and sauce spooned into the sandwich rolls.

- Using a sharp knife, cut through the joint of each leg quarter to separate into 2 pieces. Place chicken in a 4-qt. slow cooker., In a small bowl, mix ketchup, orange juice, brown sugar, vinegar, oil, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and pepper; pour over chicken. Cook, covered, on low until meat is tender, 5-6 hours., Remove chicken to a serving platter; keep warm. Skim fat from cooking juices; pour into a measuring cup to measure 2 cups. Transfer to a small saucepan; bring to a boil. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into cooking juices. Return to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir until thickened, 1-2 minutes. Serve with chicken.

TERIYAKI CHICKEN AND STIR FRY VEGGIES
Need a new go-to dinner recipe? This Slow Cooker Chicken Teriyaki is SO simple - it takes just a few minutes to throw into the crock pot and it always tastes amazing!

- Spray your crock pot with non-stick cooking spray. Place your chicken in the crock pot.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce all over it (I use about 1/2-3/4 of the bottle).
- Cook for about 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low (you want to make sure it is cooked, but don't over cook it or the chicken will be dry).
- About 10 minutes before you eat, stir-fry the veggies on your stove top (or even your microwave). I have thrown my veggies into the crock pot to cook with the chicken before, but I don't like it as much that way because they tend to get mushy.
- Place some rice in a bowl, put veggies on next, then throw your chicken on top.
- If you need extra sauce to put on top, you can use what is in the crock pot or what is leftover in your Teriyaki bottle.

- Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Mix reserved juice with soy sauce, ginger, garlic and 1/2 cup barbecue sauce in slow cooker.

- Heat the slow cooker to low and heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Brown the chicken in batches, transferring it to the slow cooker as you go. Add the remaining oil to the pan and fry the onions for 5 mins, or until just softened, then stir in the garlic and paprika and cook for another minute. Tip into the slow cooker, then swirl 100ml water around the pan and pour this in as well.
- Add the chipotle, passata, barbecue sauce, sugar and lime juice, then season and stir. Cover and cook for 6-8 hrs until the chicken is really tender. Using two forks, shred the chicken through the sauce. Serve in buns, taco shells, jacket potatoes or over rice, with coriander leaves, chillies and guacamole, if you like.
