Smirnoff Lemon Drop Martini Recipes

Steps:

• Rim half the glass with sugar. Add triple sec, lemon juice and Smirnoff No.21 Vodka. Shake with ice and strain into a pre-chilled martini glass.;

• For the honey syrup: Whisk together the honey and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and stir until dissolved, about 1 minute. Cool and store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
• For the martinis: Stir together the lemon juice, vodka or gin, 3/4 cup honey syrup and 1 1/2 cups water in a carafe or pitcher. Wrap and refrigerate until chilled, 3 to 4 hours. When ready to serve, pour into chilled martini glasses and garnish with lemon wheels.

• Chill martini glasses in freezer for at least 10 minutes prior to serving.
• Place Vodka, Triple Sec, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker with 4-5 ice cubes and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
• Run the lemon twist around the edge of the chilled martini glass and dunk in a small amount of sugar for a coated rim.
• Pour the strained martini into the chilled glasses and serve.
