S'MORES PIZZA

A friend brought something similar to a get-together not long ago. I decided to see if I could make it without a recipe as when I asked her for her recipe, she told me she had purchased it. Kids and adults both enjoyed it!

S'mores Pizza image

Steps:

  • Spread the softened cookie dough into a lightly greased pizza pan, flattening it to the edges.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes until it begins to brown SLIGHTLY.
  • Remove the cookie from the oven and sprinkle the top with with the chocolate chips, graham crackers and marshmallows.
  • Return the cookie to the oven for 5-8 minutes until crust is brown and chips and marshmallows are melted.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.
  • Garnish with chocolate syrup, if desired.

1 (16 1/2 ounce) package pillsbury refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
2 cups chocolate chips
2 cups graham crackers, broken in 1 inch pieces
2 cups miniature marshmallows
chocolate syrup, for garnish (optional)

Steps:

  • Line 12-inch pizza pan with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil; spray with cooking spray. Arrange cookie dough slices in single layer on bottom of prepared pan; press together to completely cover bottom of pan. Bake 14 min.; cool completely.
  • Invert cookie crust onto plate; carefully remove foil. Turn crust over on plate.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended; spread onto crust. Top with fruit.
  • Press preserves through sieve to remove any lumps; discard strained solids. Mix preserves with water until blended; brush onto fruit. Refrigerate 2 hours.

pkg. (16.5 oz.) refrigerated sliceable sugar cookies, sliced
pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
cup sugar
tsp. vanilla
cups assorted fresh fruit (kiwi and strawberry slices, red and black raspberries, drained canned mandarin oranges)
cup apricot preserves
Tbsp. water

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  • In another bowl, beat the butter and sugars together until creamy and smooth.
  • Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Roll out dough onto a 13-inch pizza pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the middle is set. Remove from oven.
  • Cover crust in mini marshmallows and 1 cup chocolate chips then return to the oven for 3 minutes or until marshmallows turn golden brown. Remove from oven.
  • Melt remaining chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle over the top of the pizza.
  • Sprinkle on extra graham cracker crumbs, if desired.

  • Add 2 1/2 cups of flour, finely crushed graham crackers, sugar, salt and olive oil. Turn mixer on medium and let mix for a few minutes. Sprinkle in additional flour until sides of bowl are nearly clean…dough shouldn’t stick to sides too much. Mix for another minute then transfer to a floured countertop. With floured hands, form into a tight ball. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator or roll out into a 12 inch circle and bake on pizza dish for 18-20 minutes on 350 degrees F.
  • Once dough is rolled out, spread the Nutella evenly over the dough then top with the mini marshmallows. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until crust is baked through and marshmallows are puffed and golden. Place chocolate chips into a heat proof bowl and microwave in 60 second intervals until melted. Stir in 2-3 tablespoons heavy cream until smooth and shiny. Drizzle over warm pizza. I placed the ganache into a ziploc baggie and snipped a bottom corner to drizzle over pizza.
  • While the pizza is cooling, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar with a whisk attachment until thick and creamy. Place dollops of sweetened whipped cream on center of pizza or on individual slices along with fresh strawberries.
