SO EASY YOU HAVE TO TRY IT ALFREDO SAUCE

Copy Cat of Olive Garden's but the quantity is usually right on...It's smooth and creamy. Good alone with noodles, or add veggies for primavera, baby shrimp and sauteed mushrooms with prociutto or chopped ham, sun dried tomatoes and chicken...too many options!

Steps:

  • Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the cream, garlic powder and pepper and simmer for 10-12 minutes until thick.
  • When the alfredo sauce has reached your desired consistency, stir in the parmesan cheese, and you're done!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce image

Steps:

  • Melt butter in a medium, non-stick saucepan over medium heat. Add cream cheese and garlic powder, stirring with wire whisk until smooth. Add milk, a little at a time, whisking to smooth out lumps. Stir in Parmesan and pepper. Remove from heat when sauce reaches desired consistency. Sauce will thicken rapidly, thin with milk if cooked too long. Toss with hot pasta to serve.
