I just love a bold, full of flavor, hearty soup... straight from my kitchen to yours. I know the giardiniera is a little off the wall , but trust me it works great in this soup! Try it, you'll like it as much as my family and I do :)

Steps:
- Saute onion, jalapeno and mexican oregano in olive oil until onion and pepper are translucent. Remove from pan and set aside.
- brown ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper, crumble and drain.
- mix water with tomato bouillon and heat in microwave or on stove top until luke warm. Pour over browned meat
- add onion/jalapeno, half of the cilantro (other half use for topping), mexican style corn, fire roasted diced tomatoes, black beans, taco seasoning and favorite salsa
- drain giardiniera and chop all veggies smaller and add to soup
- simmer soup in crock pot or stove top for 1 hour. Top with toppings of choice and enjoy ;)
