Grapefruit and lime are the perfect refreshing combination for this margarita. Fresh juices taste so much better than store-bought.

Steps:
- Stir together the grapefruit juice, lime juice, triple sec, tequila, and agave syrup in a pitcher, and mix with ice cubes. Strain the cocktail into 4 margarita glasses; garnish each cocktail with a few pomegranate seeds.

PINK GRAPEFRUIT MARGARITAS
Steps:
- If you like a salt rim on the glasses, rub the lime around the edge of the glass and then dip the rim of each glass lightly in a plate of kosher salt. Set aside to dry.
- Combine the grapefruit juice, lime juice, orange liqueur, and ice in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a large pitcher and stir in the tequila. If youre not serving the margaritas in salted glasses, stir 1/4 teaspoon of salt into the pitcher of margaritas. Believe me, it will make a difference!
- Serve ice cold.

- Mix some salt and chipotle powder together on a plate. Cut a slit in the lime wedge and run it around the rim of a rocks glass and dip the rim in the salt mixture. Fill the glass with ice.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the tequila, grapefruit juice and orange liqueur. Vigorously shake until very cold and strain the drink into the rimmed rocks glass. The margarita can also be served up in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with grapefruit and lime twists.

- To make the simple syrup, bring the sugar and water to a boil in a saucepan. Wait until they're completely combined, then set aside to cool.
- Squeeze the juice out of all the grapefruits, and combine with the tequila and the simple syrup you just made.
- Wet the rim of your glasses (you can do this with a slice of grapefruit), and dip in sugar. Serve over ice!
