STRAWBERRY CREAM CHOCOLATE DELIGHT (BY FREDA)
We All enjoy STRAWBERRIES when in Season, But Many love Chocolate also, So This is What I discovered I could Combine & Toss together (The Best of TWO evils), We all Enjoyed. Hope You will also. I found a Photo that Gave me the Idea., on line. But the Recipe is My own.

Steps:
- 1. BROWNIES; Preheat Oven ; in "ROUND (Pam Sprayed) 8" or 9" CAKE PAN" pour in Batter for Brownies. Then Bake your Brownies according to PKG Directions, or Your Favorite Homemade Recipe. COOL. . . COMPLETELY. When Cooled Completely, Remove from Cake Pan, Slice layer in 1/2 . Set aside.
- 2. FILLING; Mix with Mixer; Ricotta Cheese, Lemon juice, & Powdered Sugar Til Smooth and Creamy. PUDDING MIX; Mix according to BOX directions. COOL Well.
- 3. Now LAYER Ricotta mix on one 1/2 of the Brownies. Top with remaining 1/2 layer of Brownies. Top with CHOCOLATE PUDDING, (or Nutella,) Spooned on Brownie Layer and Swirl around top.
- 4. STRAWBERRIES LAYER; Top the CHOCOLATE PUDDING or (the Optional Nutella) 2nd. Layer, with Sliced Strawberries, Starting @ the outer EDGE and working your way into the Center. SEE PHOTO. TIP: To Serve, You can top with Whipped Cream. ENJOY. This is a Treat.

So sweet... so chocolaty... Yum! The melted marshmallow is a terrific touch - one that really turns this into a memorable dessert.

- 1. Please, READ ENTIRE recipe before Starting. Heat Oven to 350. Grease and Flour 9" Square pan Set out & measure all Ingredients before starting your recipe.
- 2. In 2 qt saucepan, Melt butter 1/3 c. with *2 1/2 oz choc. over low heat, only til melted, stir frequently. set aside. set aside to cool. (use only 1/2 the Chocolate bar) NOTE:use 1/2 in the Frosting 1/2 in the bar batter. (See Notes in ingredients if You have no Baking Choc Bars)
- 3. In a Medium bowl; Add Bisquick, Sugar,Vanilla, Eggs with the Chocolate. Blend By Hand, or with electric mixer on low only about 30 seconds, Just til Blended. Yhen Beat on Med. for 1 more minute. . . no more. "DO NOT OVER BEAT". (If you overbeat, Your bars will not Rise as high.)
- 4. Spread batter in Greased and Floured pan. (Batter is on the thick side)
- 5. Bake: 20-25 minutes or til toothpick incerted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven.
- 6. IMMEDIATELY: Sprinkle with Marshmallows. Cover this and let stand till marshmallows are softened. @ Slightly Melted stage, Cool completely, (just about 1 hr.)
- 7. Frosting: In a 2 qt. saucepan, Melt the remaining 2 1/2 oz of Chocolate with 1 TBS butter, cool to warm stage. Stir in Sourcream, & Pdr sugar, beat till smooth. SPREAD: over the Marshmallows evenly, Place in Refer to chill, (ONLY for easier Cutting.) Cut into bars. Cut Usually 6X6 = makes 36 *BITE SIZE* Bars

- Combine wafer crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Beat Neufchatel and 2 Tbsp. milk in large bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in 1/2 the COOL WHIP; spread over crust. Top with strawberries.
- Beat pudding mixes and remaining milk with whisk 2 min.; pour over strawberries.
- Refrigerate 4 hrs.
- Spread with remaining COOL WHIP just before serving.

Ever Made an Ice cream Cake?? Now You can. I used to make these at a cafe I worked in. They were one of our Top sellers made in Mint Choc Chip or Choc Nut. This is so much fun to make and so good. This is a frozen dessert and great for Summer or a winters treat.

Steps:
- Take your ice Cream out of the Freezer to Soften @ room temp. (Not Melted) Just to Soften to remove from container. (or Cut container off the ice cream.)
- in the mean time; In your blender add all 18 Cookies, With the Butter. Blend well til nice and crumbly
- Invert Your Ice cream into Cookie sheet. Work fast. With Cookie mixture, Pat all around sides and top of the Gallon of Ice cream before it melts too much. Rush back to the Freezer to freeze on cookie sheet. freeze 3-4 hrs
- To serve; Remove from freezer let set 10 min.@ room temp. Slice as for any cake, Cover entire Top with Whipped Cream and strawberry syrup, or Fresh mashed strawberries drizzled over the top.. Very good dessert, and so easy. You can use any flavor ice Cream you sesire just use a matching topping. or Choc topping even caramel.
