Sugar Cookie Bars Made Easy Recipes

Steps:

• Heat oven to 375°F. Line 9-inch square pan with cooking parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
• In large bowl, beat cookie mix, 1/2 cup butter and the egg with electric mixer on medium speed until a soft dough forms. Press dough in bottom of pan.
• Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

• Let dough stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften. Press into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown., Sprinkle with chocolate chips, coconut and pecans. Bake 10 minutes longer. Cool on a wire rack.
