- Make a small card to go in with the jelly beans, with the following...
- RED is for the blood he gave;
- GREEN is for the grass he made;
- YELLOW is for his sun so bright;
- ORANGE is for the the edge of night;
- BLACK is for the sins we made;
- WHITE is for the grace he gave;
- PURPLE is for his hours of sorrows;
- A bag of jelly beans,so colorful and sweet. Is a prayer, a promise, and a special treat.
THE JELLY BEAN PRAYER
This is something you can do at Easter.It is neat to make a tag with this prayer and put it in treat bags with each color of the jelly beans. You can pass the bags out at church and give to your church friends to let them know you're thinking of them, and what the true meaning of EASTER is to you!
