Steps:

• 1. Preheat oven to 350F. for the cake, combine the butter, water, and cocoa in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil;set aside.In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt & soda. • 2. Icing:Just before the cake is done, make the icing. combine butter, milk & cocoa in a large sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla. Cool the cake slightly, then pour over cake. Sprinkle with pecans.
