Top Hats Recipes
BOLOGNA CUPS WITH MASHED POTATOES
Fried bologna cups filled with mashed potatoes and then topped with cheese. My mom used to make these for us as a quick dinner and they were always a hit. It is simple to make and kids love them!

Steps:
- Cook mashed potatoes and set aside.
- Place a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry each piece of bologna by placing into skillet and cooking one side until desired doneness and then flipping and cooking the other side. *Important* Do NOT cut the bologna so that it will lie flat. You want the bologna to create a "bowl" as it cooks.
- Once bologna is cooked, remove from skillet, blot excess grease off with paper towel and place onto a serving plate.
- Spoon a servings worth of mashed potatoes into each bologna bowl and top with a slice of Velveta cheese.
- You may microwave the bologna / mashed potatoe cups just long enough to reheat the potatoes and to melt the cheese.

- Put a marshmallow on top of the chocolate.
- put a very small drop of chocolate on the top of that and then add a smartie.
- Chill for 1 hour or untill the chocolate isnt gooey or runny

- Pour all ingredients in step 1 into a bowl and beat with an electronic mixer. If you do not have an electronic mixer, whisk the batter until smooth. Heat oil in a wok with the mold in the oil. Do not overheat the mold. Dip the mold into the batter so it's evenly coated and then deep fry the batter. To remove the case from the mold while frying, jiggle the mold up and down. Once the case turns light brown, remove it from the wok and set aside.
- To cook the filling, add some oil into a wok. Stir fry the chopped garlic and shallots until light brown. Add in shrimp, jicama, and carrot and season with salt, pepper, oyster sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.
