THE BEST BANANA BREAD
We have a lot of requirements when it comes to banana bread and we finally created a recipe that ticks all the boxes. It's moist, tender, a little tangy and perfectly sweet-all around our favorite one. The best part is that it's even better the next day (if it lasts that long). Try toasting the bread and slathering with a little salted butter. We're pretty sure you'll never need another banana bread recipe.

TROPICAL PINEAPPLE BANANA BREAD
Banana bread travels to the tropics with the addition of pineapple and macadamia nuts. Excellent with coffee in the morning or as a snack with a glass of milk in the afternoon. These loaves freeze well, too. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap, and wrap again in aluminum foil or a freezer bag.

BANNOCK
A light, crispy version and tastes great. Sprinkled with brown sugar and cinnamon is the way my kids love it but you can serve it plain to dip in chili, stew, or spaghetti. The recipe is so easy, the photos are of my three year old son making it with a bit of help from me.
