- Unroll one tube of crescent dough into one long rectangle; seal seams and perforations. Press onto the bottom of a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake at 425° for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. , Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the turkey, onion and carrot over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain. Add the cabbage, soup and thyme. Pour over crust; sprinkle with cheese. , On a lightly floured surface, press second tube of crescent dough into a 13x9-in. rectangle, sealing seams and perforations. Place over casserole. , Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 14-16 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

- In a small bowl, mix the butter, thyme, salt and pepper. Place turkey on a rack in a shallow roasting pan, breast side up. With fingers, carefully loosen skin from the turkey breast; rub half of the butter mixture under the skin. Rub remaining butter mixture over turkey. Tuck wings under turkey; tie drumsticks together. , Bake at 325° for 3 to 3-3/4 hours or until a thermometer inserted in thickest part of thigh reads 170°-175°. Baste occasionally with pan drippings., For stuffing, in a Dutch oven, cook sausage over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Discard drippings, reserving 1 tablespoon., Add the cabbage, carrot, celery and onion to reserved drippings; cook and stir over medium heat until tender. Stir in cream, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper., Add the stuffing cubes, egg and sausage; toss to combine. Stir in enough broth to reach desired moistness; transfer to a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer or until lightly browned., Remove turkey from oven; cover loosely with foil and let stand for 20 minutes before carving. Serve with stuffing.

- place shredded cabbage in a lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish.
- In skillet cook turkey until browned and no longer pink in color. Add chopped onions;stir occasionally and cook 3 minutes. Add uncooked rice to cooked turkey.
- Place turkey rice mixture over cabbage in casserole dish.
- Combine tomato sauce, garlic, and oregano, pour over cooked turkey.
- Cover and bake 350 about 1 hour.

- Heat oil in a 5-quart dutch oven over medium heat. Cook cabbage with salt until tender, stirring occasionally. Drain well.
- Cook ground turkey and onion in large skillet until juices evaporate and meat is well-browned. Add spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, water and rice. Heat to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9 x 13 baking pan, layer 1/2 of the meat sauce, 1/2 of the cooked cabbage, and 1/2 of the cheese. Repeat.
- Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
