These are great to take on a picnic! I love these. I found the recipe in an old cookbook and tried it. We love these.

- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and dell weed. Srpead on 1 side of each bread slice.
- Top 4 bread slices with turkey, cheese, cucumber and lettuce. Top with remaining bread.

- Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise and dressing mix until blended; let stand 30 minutes. , Spread cream cheese mixture on bread. Top each with 2 cucumber slices and, if desired, dill and red onion slivers. Refrigerate, covered, until serving.

CUCUMBER-DILL COCKTAIL SANDWICHES
These open-faced sandwiches are perfect for showers, ladies' teas or brunches. My mom used to make these for me as a little girl for our "tea parties". I use the Neufchatel Cheese because its a lighter taste and less fat than cream cheese. They are also good topped with a single, chilled cocktail shrimp. If you can't find cocktail bread, then a regular slice will do - just cut it in half.
