WALKING SALAD !
This is a fun salad to make ahead for picnics, brunches, parties, Bar-B-Ques, Holidays or any day! I made these again today, and the kids loved them! I don't serve them with anything.... just the fresh veggies! But I do have dip or dressing available.... The kids were happy with plain veggies! :) Have Fun With Your Food!

Steps:
- 1. Wash all the veggies. Cut the celery and carrots into 6 inch long sticks (or close... your choice).
- 2. Cut green beans to a length about the same as the others.
- 3. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeded area. Cut into sticks.
- 4. Cut the ends off of the radishes.
- 5. Put some of each ingredient into the plastic cups.
- 6. *** If you want to add a small amount of dip or ranch dressing to the bottom of the cups you can... Optional.

- Cut the top off each bag of chips; set aside. Place chili in a saucepan; cook on a grill over medium heat for 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of chili into each bag of chips. Top with cheese, sour cream, salsa and lettuce.
