Steps:
- In a blender, purée watermelon until smooth. Strain and set aside 12 ounces juice.
- Add cucumbers to blender with 1 tablespoon water. Purée until smooth. Strain and set aside 1 ounce juice.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine watermelon juice, cucumber juice and all other ingredients. Shake well. Pour into ice-filled rocks glasses and serve, garnished with cucumber rounds.

- Set a large fine-mesh sieve over a large bowl or pitcher. In a food processor or blender, puree watermelon. Pour watermelon puree through sieve, pressing on solids with a rubber spatula (you should have about 2 cups juice). Puree English cucumber and pour through sieve into watermelon juice.
- In a small bowl or measuring cup, stir together lime juice and honey. Add to watermelon and cucumber juices, along with vodka. Adjust sweetness with more honey if desired. To serve, fill four glasses with ice and top each with cocktail. Garnish with cucumber slices.

- Combine half each of watermelon, mint, juice, and cucumber in a blender or food processor; process until smooth.
- Line a fine sieve with 4 layers of cheesecloth, allowing cheesecloth to extend over edges; strain watermelon mixture through prepared sieve over a bowl, reserving juice mixture.
- Gather the edges of the cheesecloth together. Holding cheesecloth over sieve, squeeze to release the remaining juice mixture.
- Discard solids. Repeat the procedure with the remaining watermelon, mint, juice, and cucumber.
- Combine 2 1/2 cups juice mixture, tonic water, and gin, stirring well to combine. (Reserve any remaining juice mixture for another use.) Serve over ice.

- Place watermelon and 1 1/2 cups water in a blender, and process at high speed until combined, about 1 minute. Add cucumber, lime juice, and sugar; blend until smooth. Pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer and using a spatula, press to remove the pulp. Don't skip this step, it's important.
- Pour the strained mixture into a large pitcher, add remaining 1 cup water, and stir well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or longer.
