Steps:
- Microwave the almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl until melted, 1 to 2 minutes. Place the puffcorn in a large mixing bowl or giant resealable bag (like a sweater storage bag). Pour the melted almond bark over the puffcorn and mix or shake to completely coat.
- Spread the mixture out onto parchment paper or in a single layer in the resealable bag to set, about 10 minutes. Store in an airtight container. If left uncovered for too long, the puffcorn will get soggy. Lasts about 5 minutes!

- Pop 1 popcorn package at a time in the microwave on high until popping begins to slow down, about 2 1/2 minutes. Open bags carefully and transfer popcorn to a large plastic bag, discarding any burnt pieces or unpopped kernels.
- Melt white chocolate chips with butter in top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula, until mixture is creamy, about 5 minutes.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over popcorn. Close bag and shake until thoroughly coated, 3 to 4 minutes. Place in the refrigerator to cool, about 1 hour.

- 1. Melt almond bark in a bowl in the microwave on medium heat stirring every minute or so. Pour melted chocolate into a small baggie.
- 2. Cover a roaster or cake pan with aluminum foil. Pour package of puffcorn into pan. Cut a corner of the baggie and drizzle chocolate over puffcorn. Stir until well coated. Let sit until chocolate is set. You can place in the fridge to help it set faster. Break pieces apart and enjoy!!

- Place the white chocolate chips into a large microwave-safe bowl, and heat on low power for 30-second intervals until the chocolate chips have begun to melt.

- 2. Melt White Chocolate Melting Candy over double boiler or in microwave
- 3. Mix melted white chocolate with puff'n corn until completely coated

- Melt half of a block(or pkg) of white almond bark in a microwave safe bowl. I try to cook on a medium setting and stir every minute or so.
- Pour the package of puffcorn into a cake or roaster pan. I usually place aluminum foil in bottom of pan for easier clean up. Pour melted almond bark into a small baggie and cut off a corner. Drizzle chocolate on puffcorn and coat well. Stir to mix and let sit. It will set up in no time. You can place in fridge to help it set up. Break apart and enjoy!!
