YUM YUM (DOUGHNUT TWISTS) BREAD PUDDING RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- Cut each yum yum into four pieces and set aside in large bowl
- Add milk, double cream and eggs to a different bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Soak the yum yum pieces in the mixture.
- Layer soaked yum yum pieces in a baking tin.
- Cover first layer in strawberry jam.
- Add second layer of yum yums.
- Bake for 45 mins at 190°C/375°F
- Serve and enjoy!

- 1. Combine cornmeal and oil. Add eggs and stir. Add remaining ingredients & bake @ 400 degrees for 25 to 30 mins or until done!!
LEMON YOGURT BREAD
Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder. In another bowl, combine the egg, yogurt, oil and lemon juice. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. , Pour into an 8x4-in. loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325° for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
